📜 Shootesy Cancellation Policy

Nothing scary, just the formal stuff 🙂

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling work for service bookings and equipment rentals.

1. Service Bookings (Photography & Videography Services)

Cancellation by Customer

• 7 days or more before booking date → 100% refund of advance payment.

  
  

• 3–6 days before booking date → 50% refund of advance payment.

  
  

• Less than 72 hours before booking date → No refund will be provided.

Rescheduling

• One-time rescheduling is allowed (subject to availability) if requested at least 72 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the booking will be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellation by Shootesy

• In rare cases where Shootesy cannot deliver the booked service due to unavoidable reasons, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule without extra charges.

  
  

2. Equipment Rentals

Cancellation by Customer

• 48 hours or more before rental start → 100% refund of rental amount.

  
  

• 24–48 hours before rental start → 50% refund of rental amount.

  
  

• Less than 24 hours before rental start → No refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Shootesy

• If Shootesy or the vendor is unable to provide the booked equipment due to unforeseen issues, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
