📜 Shootesy Refund & Return Policy


Nothing scary, just the formal stuff 🙂


This policy explains how refunds are processed and how returns are handled for rented equipment.



1. Refund Process


  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.


  • Transaction or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.




2. Equipment Rentals – Returns & Security Deposit


  • A refundable security deposit is charged at the time of booking.


  • The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 working days after safe return of equipment (subject to inspection).


  • Any damage, loss, or late return charges will be deducted before refund.


  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.




3. Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will not apply in the following cases:


  • No-shows on the day of service or rental.


  • Services/equipment canceled due to reasons beyond Shootesy’s control (weather conditions, government restrictions, etc.).


  • Customized or special services booked on request (non-standard services).


  • Last-minute cancellations that fall outside the permitted cancellation window.




4. Late Returns


  • Delay in returning equipment beyond the agreed time will attract additional rental charges as per hourly/daily rates.
